Dr. Aksoy trained in France and, on returning to Turkey, joined the founding ICSI team at Sevgi Hospital in Ankara — the country's first ICSI centre (1994-95) — co-authoring the first Turkish ICSI series in Human Reproduction in 1996 (PMID 8671323). He has been in the IVF lab almost every working day since. Thirty years of that consistency shape how a clinic thinks—from stimulation dosing to embryo selection.
